- On the first Floor there is one (1) Master Suite of 80sqm. with a private living room and large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 4-5 persons.

- On the Ground Floor (Pool level) area there two (2) bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large living area, dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor space and features a living room that can accommodate up to 25-30 guests and a large projector screen area.

The Pool Suites, consists of 2 spacious bedrooms:

- Two (2) Master Suites of 40sqm and exceptional sea view. Each with ensuite bathroom and an outdoor private pool and sitting area. Both bedrooms have their private entrance but can potentially be used as connecting as well.

The Guesthouse, consists of 2 spacious bedrooms:

- A Master Suite of 40sqm. with ensuite bathroom with built-in bathtub and an indoor private sitting area.

- A second bedroom has a King size bed,ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their private entrance but can potentially be used as connecting as well.

In the main Pool area, there is a large outdoor dining area (for up to 32 people), as well as the stone bar with a gas operating BBQ, built-in sitting and sofas, which are all situated in the different outdoor levels where you can enjoy the unforgettable view.
