Villa Kalo Livadi Hill is overlooking the famous Kalo Livadi beach, with the equally famous beach clubs Solymar, Nemo and the iconic Blue Marlin Ibiza.
The property offers 13 luxurious bedrooms, all with double beds. Some of the suites have their own private terrace and outside plunge pool to enjoy. Kalo Livadi has the island’s only paddle tennis court, a helipad for easy access from Athens or island hopping in the Greek archipelagos and a private nightclub with windows looking into the oversized lagoon-style pool.
Across the three floors you have spacious and sophisticated living rooms and common areas, like the state of the art kitchen that satisfies both the professional chef and the cooking enthusiast.
The house also offers 2 pools, 2 bathtubs and a mini-spa, and not to forget, a private night club that also can be turned into a cinema style media room.
Close to the beach there are two separate grotto bedrooms, an amphitheater, an outdoor kitchen and a helipad for those in need.
